Possibility to reopen development review separately for team lead and direct report
As a team lead, now you can reopen the development review for team lead or for your direct report, if the review was completed by one of the users.
Development review: possibility to add skill as skill to develop directly from the step “Skill assessment”
As a team lead, you can propose to add certain skill as target for the skill to develop from “Skill assessment” step of the review. Notification toast will appear after team lead proposed adding skill as skill to develop.
As a direct report, you can add skill as skill to develop directly to their profile form “Skill assessment” step of the review.

Development review
- Trainings:
- User is not able to add training that is already in completed list while adding new trainings on “Trainings” step of the review.
- Team lead is not able to propose training that is already in completed list while adding new trainings on “Trainings” step of the review.
- Skill assessment: User will be informed about how many missing skills they have after confirming “Skill assessment” step of the review.
Bug fixes
- We fixed small text error that appeared in the validation message while adding / editing headline on user’s profile.
- Fixed several bugs connected with incorrect displaying of development review statuses.
