Learning & Development: Development recommendations
We’re happy to announce that with this release, we’re adding a new and better way to receive recommendations for your development targets. You will not only get training recommendations for your skills to develop, but also opportunities to learn on the job or by doing gigs and events.
Skill deletion import
This update brings a new type of skill import to smartPeople. You can now easily bulk-delete skills from user profiles with this import.

We’ve added additional error, warning and success messages and reports for better usability.
Posts & Marketplace
With this release, URLs added to custom fields will be recognized as links and can be clicked, to open the connected URL.
People
We’ve improved the search behavior for the name search in the People feature. Only the people that exactly match you search input will now be displayed.
