Import skill requirements into Team management: Build

We’re happy to announce that with this release, we’re adding a possibility to import skill requirements for team members into Team management: Build. Admin will be able to import requirements from team leaders for their direct reports in one goal, as a result team leaders will see all imported requirements in Team management: Build and will be able to change them manually if needed. The requirements for specified current job will be changed for affected by the import users.

Advanced filters on People page

We are adding a possibility to save any number of selected advanced filters on People page, so that each user can see needed filters each time they reach the page People.

Enhancements

• We’ve added the possibility to delete selected location in the smartHire section of a job post.
• Improved the design of post header on Post details page.
• We improved keyboard navigation through the Marketplace page.
• Renamed “postings” to “posts” on the Data import page.
• Improved the info message on People page that informs users about default privacy in the search.
• With this release, we added a redirect page when user clicks on “Open portal” on the training.
• We made an enhancements of filter behavior on Analytics page. Now if user selects 2 different filters – in the result will be shown only data that matches both filter criteria.
