Import of user trainings
As an admin, you can now import trainings to the user’s training, bookmarked trainings or completed trainings.
Improvements
Development review improvements:
- Added an option to select all current jobs in the skill assessment.
- Team lead view: The analytics in the trainings step are based on the Team lead’s proposals.
- When adding a training, the number of applied entires of each filter is displayed now.
Team management:
- The order of the columns has changed for better user experience
- You can now click on the name of a direct report to open the user details.
Change history in user profile skills:
- When deleting a skill, this information will be stored for 30 days. If the user adds it again within this time, the deletion is displayed as part of the change history.
Ownership transfer of posts:
- When a user that is owner of a post gets deleted, the ownership will be transferred to one of the editors, if available. If no editors are assigned for this post, the post will be deleted.
Bug fixes
- We fixed an error in the current gap analytics, that didn’t show the number of selected filters.
- We fixed an error that prevented the Licenses and certificates screen to open when a user clicks on the exclamation icon for an unvalidated skill.
- We fixed a rare bug that prevented the Learning & Development section from opening when clicking on “Open Learning & Development” in the team management.
- We’ve added information of the user name in My network, when a invite for tandem / mentoring is sent.
- We fixed an error that caused the user profile’s dashboard to re-sort each time the user focuses a specific item.
- We changed the trainings preview to display the short description instead of the description.
- We’ve fixed a rare bug that caused the Candidates filter in posts to crash when a country whose city is already selected was chosen.
- We’ve fixed a bug that prevented the trainings in the development review to be opened when searching by a training
- We’ve fixed a bug that prevented a proposed skill from being displayed if the skill level was re-selected.
