smartLibrary
New features
- HRForecast operating model library
Working with operating models becomes even better. For the collection of operating models, a standard library is now available. The library is continuously updated and presents you with the most current and accurate data. We recommend using the HRForecast library as a reference for the standardized operating models presented by jobs, groups, schemas, and pictures. - Training synchronization
Great news for you! From here on, you can get up-to-date courses and trainings from the LinkedIn Learning and Udemy learning experience platforms. We have implemented the ongoing process of synchronizing data between these systems and smartLibrary.
Enhancements
- The current update brings an enhanced job and skill details feature. You can now view the information about job or skill taxonomies on the Information tab of the job and skill pane when managing details.
- As an enhancement of the future job profile feature, you can now track who and when made changes to a future job profile.
- You get an enhanced operating model publishing feature. From here on, you can see the first and last names of the user who published a library along with the date of publishing.
- The new update makes it possible to filter records of the training library by the language in which the training records are available.
- For a better user experience, you can now see the date when a skill was added or updated within each job in the job library.
