Add a training
To add a training to the selected library, follow the steps listed below:
1. On the command bar, click + Add training, and then click Manual.
2. As a result, an empty training record appears in the table.
Fill in available fields with the taxonomy values.
All the taxonomies shall be added, these fields cannot be left empty.
A default training type is selected in the Type drop-down list. You can change it, if needed.
In addition, you can upload a training picture. To this end, click the icon in the Picture column, and then select the picture you want.
3. Once you have defined the field values, click the confirm icon to save changes.
You can see a notification informing you that a new training has been successfully created. The newly created training profile opens and you can add more details to it, if needed, or just close the pane.
All the changes you have made to your training library becomes available in smartApps only after publishing the library.
You can add a training to the already existing hierarchy. To start, select a training which hierarchy you want to use. Once done, click + Add training, and then click In selection.
In this case, you just need to define a name for a new training. It is not required to additionally define taxonomies as these values are copied from the selected training entry.
Once you are done, click the confirm icon.
