Delete and restore deleted entries
You have a chance to restore jobs, skills, or trainings previously deleted from a corresponding library as well as completely delete these items.
Once you delete an item by applying any delete method, the item is listed under Deleted entries. To access the entries, on the command bar of a library, click Library settings, and then click Show deleted entries.
Items deleted from all smartApps as well as replaced items will be permanently deleted after publishing the library. It is not possible to restore them afterward. Whereas items deleted from the library but kept in the other smartApps will be still listed under Deleted entries after publishing the library so you can restore them at any time.
To restore previously deleted jobs, skills, or trainings, select the entries under Deleted entries, and then click Restore.
With that, you can permanently delete previously deleted entries. To this end, select the entries under Deleted entries, and then click Delete in all apps.
To return to the library and publish the changes, click Back to library.
