To delete a job record, point to that record in the table, click the 
three dots icon within that record, and then select between the following options:
- Delete. The job will be permanently deleted from the library.
- Delete and replace with another job. The job will be replaced with another job you can select.
Otherwise, you can select a checkbox within the job record you want to delete and then click Delete on the command bar.
You cannot delete jobs from the HRForecast library.
When you try to delete a job that is in use in any of smartApps, you have the following options to choose among:
- Delete but keep it in smartApps. The job will be deleted from the current library, but it will remain available in user profiles and posts.
- Delete from all smartApps. The job will be deleted from the current library as well as from user profiles and posts.
- Delete and replace with another job. The job will be replaced with another job (its name and details) in the current library as well as in user profiles and posts. While replacing, you can select a job to replace the one you are deleting with as well as select to merge the keywords of these two jobs.
You can also delete multiple jobs from the selected library at a time. To this end, follow the steps listed below:
- Select checkboxes within the job records you want to delete from the library.
- Once you are done, click Delete on the command bar.
- Select an action to apply to the jobs you are deleting among the proposed ones.
- Follow the instructions that appear on the screen.
