Delete training
To delete a training record, point to that record in the table, click the 
three dots icon within that record, and then click Delete training in the context menu that appears. Otherwise, select a training in the list, and then click Delete on the command bar.
You cannot delete trainings from a standard library.
When you try to delete a training that is in use in any of smartApps, you have the following options to choose among:
- Delete but keep it in smartApps.
- Delete from all smartApps.
- Delete and replace with another training.
Afterwards, follow the instructions that appear on the screen.
Delete multiple trainings
You can also delete multiple trainings from the selected library at a time. To this end, follow the steps listed below:
- Select checkboxes next to the training records you want to delete from the library.
- Once you are done, click Delete on the command bar.
If at least one skill you try to delete is in use in any of smartApps, you have the following options to choose after clicking Delete:
- Delete but keep it in smartApps.
- Delete from all smartApps.
- Delete and replace with another training.
Afterwards, follow the instructions that appear on the screen.
All the changes you have made to your training library becomes available in smartApps only after publishing the library.
