Introduction
A development journey, unlike a path, implies one line of development. It is a sequence of jobs that leads to the employee’s career goals. It can be either a linear career journey or a journey that implies changing fields.
For a development journey, it is possible to connect only one job to a specified job.
All the journeys you add are listed in the table on the Journeys tab of the development library page.
The total number of available journeys is shown above the table.
From the table, you can see the following information on each journey:
- Name
- Start job
- End job
- Steps
- Tags
If you decide to manage definite journey records and select them in the table, you can view the number of selected records on the command bar. Clicking the selected number indicator allows you to deselect those records at a time.
