Filters
To pick out the result that matches your needs most closely or just to make a large number of results easier to work with, you can filter a list of job, skill, training, or operating model records in the library.
To filter records in the table for job, skill, training, and operating model libraries, click Filter. As a result, the Filter pane opens.
A set of filters for libraries of different types slightly differs.
For your convenience, a hierarchy of filters, as well as a filter division into types and status, etc., is implemented. Within each group, you can further specify entry filters.
To apply filters you have specified, click Apply filter. As a result, only records matching all criteria are displayed in the table.
To reset filters, click Reset filter.
To close the Filter pane without applying filters, click Cancel or a little cross button.
You can also clear the applied filters. To this end, click Clear filter next to Filter on the library page.
In addition, you have a possibility to sort records (per each column) in the table in ascending or descending order, as well as show the latest updates at the top of the list. To this end, use arrows (down, up, or double-headed) next to a column name.
