Let us introduce you Ludi Cloud—a user management system.
User management is a core part of any identity and access management. Compiling user data, providing access to smartApps as well as further setting up the system are performed in Ludi Cloud.
What to do
To walk through the Internal job market use case and perform all the necessary tasks for it, set up your system accordingly and add the context to illustrate the case with relevant data.
Check out the following list for tasks to perform using Ludi Cloud:
Upload a file with users to Ludi Cloud: Setup > Users > Import users.
Use the Import users functionality to manually upload user data to Ludi Cloud, and thus, make this data available in smartPeople.

Import your data to Ludi Cloud: Setup > Import pipelines.
As an alternative to the manual data upload, you can set up a continuous automatic upload process. To this end, use the Import pipelines functionality. By creating and setting up dropspaces and pipelines, you can ensure uploading such data as users, jobs, skill profiles, posts, etc. from your internal systems to Ludi Cloud and other smartApps.
Add fields and make them available as filters: Setup > Fields.
To define additional information for your job and task posts, add custom fields. As a result, these fields become available in the New job or New task forms. The custom fields can help you add and collect additional information about system users as well as job and task posts.
An example of such fields could be:
- Salary grade
- Department
- International work experience
- Work experience in the company
- Willingness to travel, etc.
By selecting the Available as filter option for each field you add, you can additionally make this field a filter for the selected areas:
- For User fields:
- Job candidate search
- Task candidate search
- Talent
- For Job or Task fields:

- Browse
- Job or Task post
For each such area, define access right for users of the HR role. As a result, HR specialists of your company can have more possibilities to find the right talents for open internal positions in smartPeople.
