What to do
As an HR specialist of your company, you have the following options to find the right candidates with smartPeople:
- by creating a job or a task post, and then selecting the right candidates from the Matching results list;
- by using Talent Finder and searching for talents by their skills, jobs, or name.
This example might be useful for you when looking to fill your positions with internal candidates in smartPeople.
By creating a job post, you can define a job title, specify skills and locations required for the job, add a job description as well as more job details by filling the fields you have added in Ludi Cloud.
For better matching results, you can connect the job you are adding with the one from the job library, and thus, get skill suggestions.

Now that you have posted your job, the job post opens, and you can see a list of candidates matching your job post criteria. Select the right candidate that matches you the best and invite that user.

Alternatively, you can use a free search to find talents in smartPeople. To this end, explore the Talents area. Here you can search by skills, jobs, or name.
