The Great HRF Escape is all about the future of HR and data-driven workforce management – targeting experienced leaders as well as interested starters and anyone in between. The goal of our two-day retreat is to provide an atmosphere to enjoy, discuss, learn and reflect key topics relevant to the world of people analytics, HR strategy and their impact on business value.

Everything that can be digitized is digitized. What about your programming skills? We show you how it works. You will certainly not become a professional through this workshop, but from now on you can have a say when it comes to digitization processes.

How to walk the digital transformation

We provide sparring to create together with you journeys for your digital transformation. This session will give you direct access to the HRForecast strategy consultants and management board.

There are only a few fixed workshops (see agenda). Each participant is allowed to contribute to session ideas.

Bringing in topics: think about interesting topics that you can submit as session suggestions. You don’t need to prepare perfect presentations or long lectures. On the contrary: bring ideas, exciting questions or cases and then we will discuss them. The session idea will be presented / “pitched” at the beginning of the event (keep it short). Subsequently, all proposals submitted will be voted on by all participants. The voting results in the session schedule.

Conduct & lead sessions:
The sessions should last about 1-2 hours. At the beginning of a session a small introductory impulse will be given by the session leader. 5-10 minutes is enough and then it starts – discussing and struggling for the best solutions. Open and new points come to our wall of thoughts so that they do not fall into oblivion and can be worked on together again by 2020 at the latest.
